They have a strong 3mm thick box section steel frame with a 6mm welded bar for attaching the springs. The springs are 250mm long galvanized wire springs, so there trampolines can easily handle heavier participants and we know these trampoline frames last for over 20 years.
The deluxe safety pads have a top quality American outdoor mesh fabric over a bonded foam pad with a deep 50mm thick cushioning over the frame and 25mm at the mat. Reports are that the mats can last 10-15 years. The springs connect to the mat with a durable nylon cleat, held in with 3 rows of stitching.
