Recreational Trampoline Classes
PARENT INFORMATION

Extreme Trampoline’s recreational programmes are built on the belief that being physically active and having fun is a right of every child.  Our gym is a setting where children are given a chance to explore their physical potential. The focus is on fun, gross motor skills, basic gymnastic and trampoline skills, confidence, co-ordination and flexibility.

Our programmes embrace a philosophy of providing open-ended, broad-based, child-centred and fundamental activities to promote the development of children into healthy, active and social adults.

Jump4Fun and ExtremeJump Class Structure
A typical class usually consists of the following:
  1. Group Warm Up
  2. Trampoline activities. Children are taught safety and basic skills on the trampolines and are encouraged to build up to a Bounce Up! routine, which is part of the Extreme Trampoline Proficiency Award System.
  3. Structured free time. It is important for children to be able to experiment with their new-found skills in a structured and safe environment. Children are given this opportunity at many sessions throughout the term.
  4. Group Warm Down and stretching (ExtremeJump classes do an additional body conditioning part to the Warm Down).
What to Wear
  • Clean socks
  • Comfortable clothes for easy movement (No belts, zips or buckles)

 Fees
  • Fees are payable with enrolment for all members within the first week the start of a new term.
  • For re-enrolment, fee notices are sent out usually in week 7 for the next term, and payment is due before the end of the current term.
  • Payment can be made by  cash, eftpos, online banking or via our secure website

Make Up Classes
  • There are no classes on Public Holidays or during annual events and we do not do make ups for this, as term fees are based on an 8 week term and all classes will run at least the minimum 8 weeks. Our term runs in line with the school term.
