These lessons are for those who are ready to take the next step and want to consider trampolining as a competitive sport. Classes involve strength training and body conditioning as well as trampoline technique and skill development.
Term 2 Extreme Trampoline classes will begin the week starting Monday 6th May.
Class Duration: 1.5 hours
