Extreme Jump Class for athletes aged 6-14 years olds.
Note: This class is for younger athletes (preferably up to 12 years). For older athletes (12-14 years) there are classes held at 5.30pm.
These lessons are for those who are ready to take the next step and want to consider trampolining as a competitive sport. Classes involve strength training and body conditioning as well as trampoline technique and skill development.
Class Duration: 1.5 hours

There are no casual rates for these classes.
