The most popular sizes for home use are detailed below and are made from the same materials as models supplied to Schools and Recreation Centres.
 
The frame is made from Hot Dipped Galvanised heavy duty RHS Steel in four section with a leg across each corner for stability.  The mat is a heavy duty polypropylene fabric supported by galvanised wire springs.  The safety pads are covered in heavy duty UV resistant PVC fabric and held in place by hook and loop fasteners.

Size: Our supplier manufactures a variety of different sizes of trampolines for all recreational and sporting uses.  The frames and mats on every trampoline are constructed from the same grade of materials delivering a consistently high quality of product no matter what size you buy.  One thing you wont get is an odd shape trampoline, such as octagonal.  Our research and experience of trampolines has proven that a standard rectangle shapes gives the best bounce and control.
 
Springs: All trampolines have heavy-duty galvanised wire springs designed and manufactured specifically for trampolining.  The spring size is 10” on all trampolines except the smallest size in our range.  You’ll also find that we have perfected the spacing of the springs to optimise the performance.  The number of springs is dictated by the size of the trampoline.
Remember - more springs doesn’t automatically mean a better trampoline.
 
Frame: Because trampolines are often purchased for high use location such as families and sports groups they must be made to stand up to rigorous use.  Our frames are made from 3 mm thick box section steel, which is FULLY GALVANISED for ultimate weather protection.  For added strength, an individual cleat is welded to the frame for each spring to hook into.  Our commitment to using only quality materials and methods in our frame construction ensures these trampolines will last a lifetime.
 
Weight limits: There are none!! So long as you use the trampoline for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured, there are no restrictions on weight loadings for these trampolines.
 
Stability: Stability and safety are key factors in the design of these trampolines.  The original ‘Vee’ shaped leg across each corner has been tested and proven to increase stability.  ‘Vee’ shaped legs are fitted to all trampolines except the smallest ‘Romper’ model. 
 
Ladders: Sorry, but NO!  As parents of young children ourselves, we are very safety conscious.  We believe that a ladder can make it too easy for toddlers and youngsters alike to get onto your trampoline unsupervised.
 
Safety Pads: We recommend safety pads for all trampolines.  These Safety Pads are manufactured by qualified staff. There are 2 options to chose from. The Deluxe Pads not only feature the exclusive 'European' full cover design, but also the exclusive use of closed cell foam covered in heavy duty UV Resistant PVC fabric. With mesh on the underside to help any moisture to self drain - Gone are the problems of water logged safety pads!  And our Economy Pads with are made of the same PVC but have a standard foam inside. All safety pads are held onto the trampoline frame using hook and loop style fastenings.
 
Corner pads: All trampolines now feature the full cover safety pads. Separate corner pads are no longer needed, and the open corner area is gone.  The proven design full safety pads are exclusive to these trampolines and are only possible because of changes to the springs at the corners.  Remember, it is dangerous to choose safety pads which cover the whole corner area but are not supported by springs ... Nasty accidents can occur when the pad sits over an open hole.
 
Warranty: Absolutely!  When you purchase a  trampoline, whether for use at home or in a sports environment, you will receive a comprehensive back to base warranty with 24 months against defects in materials and manufacture and the galvanised protection on the frame carries a full 10 year warranty from CSP Galvanisers.
