Which class is right for me/my child?
This is our outstanding recreational programme. It is for 5-12 year olds and is perfect for the beginner trampolinist.
These lessons are fun and challenging and focus on skill development, fitness, spatial awareness and co-ordination. Children are grouped according to both their age and their ability. All children work through our proficiency award programme called Bounce Up!
Class Duration: 1 hour
New to Extreme Trampoline, these lessons are aimed at the younger children aged 5-9 years old and are also great for the beginners. All children work through our proficiency award programme called Bounce Up!
Benefits: shorter classes, smaller numbers in each class, more 'hands-on' coaching, structured according to ability, less 'play'.
Class Duration: 30 minutes
So your child is ready for the next step up in the trampoline world? Then ExtremeJump is for them. These classes are for 8-15 year olds who are capable of forward and backward sommersaults. These lessons are for those who are ready to take the next step and want to consider trampolining as a competitive sport. Classes involve strength training and body conditioning as well as trampoline technique and skill development.
Class Duration: 1.5 hours
This is the best place for 13-18 year olds who love to hang out with their friends and learn some cool tricks.
Taught by our most Extreme coaches, this class will have you flipping on the floor, on the tramp, off the wall...... and all under the safe eyes of a qualified and experienced coach. Best of all - you get to have fun with your mates (and not even realize you're doing exercise).
Casual spaces available. $20.00 per participant payable at the office on arrival to the session.

You all know you loved to bounce on a trampoline as a kid - so why not start it up again as a way to keep fit? No more boring runs or mundane work outs. This one is super-charged! And super-fun! You won't even notice you're doing your body good!
For those wanting to learn trick and moves - perhaps for stunt work, or for aerial tricks for wakeboarding, snowboarding, free-style skiing etc, or just for a bit of fun and fitness! 17 years and over.

Have you heard? The latest research from NASA and quoted in Women's Health is that 10 minutes on a trampoline is equivalent to a 30 minute run! So come along and burn those calories in our great trampoline gym.
This is not a trampoline skills session. We do cardio and strength moves on the trampoline to burn fat and tone our bodies the ultra-fast way!
